Calgary, Alberta –August 3, 2012 – FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd. (TSX-V: FLY) (the “Company” or “FLYHT”) will hold a live conference call to discuss second quarter results and answer questions on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at 3 pm MT (5 pm ET). The 2012 Second Quarter Report will be released before the conference call.
